Using Therapists in Court as Blackmail in Court is Discrimination
When I spoke with my therapist I told her what they wrote about me in the petition about what she told them. So I asked her what “distorted thinking” she thinks that I have and she replied that she covers that type of thinking with every one of her clients as well as “Unhealthy thinking patterns, Distorted thoughts, All or nothing thinking, Disqualify the positing, and Emotional reasoning. She then told me that what CPS did bothers her because she didn’t get to say it the way she wanted to say it and that they were twisting her words. They are still using what she said to terminate my rights.
Page 11, of the 2nd petition mentions how the social worker spoke to my therapist who claimed I have “distorted thoughts” and that I’m “very ill.” This was also mentioned in the first petition. What a nice way to talk about a person. I also found out she said I didn’t have any insight into why my son was removed from my care and that I felt “people were out to get me”, but the only time my therapist ever mentioned my son in her notes was after she spoke with the social worker. So I believe they had influenced and manipulated her thoughts about me and my case.

In her notes, my therapist accused me of having “little insight” into my own mental health and that I displayed “distorted thinking” and that I would go down worry trails” that brought on panic. Apparently my mental health did not “stabilize” because I was still in “crisis mode” in August of 2020.
They do not go into detail what my therapist actually meant by my “distorted thinking” and take it grossly out of context. CPS is using everything she said or wrote to belittle, invalidate my anxiety and discriminate my mental health.
(42) They said my therapist “noted” that I did not have any insight into why my son was removed from my care, nor did I believe I had any responsibility for that. My therapist never “noted” that I didn’t believe I had any “responsibility.” She also wrote that I did not care if I got my son back when I never said that. They also claimed that I PERSONALLY stated to my therapist that in order to “win” was to avoid doing whatever they ask me to do, but that was not a direct statement of mine, it was an assumption. That statement was taken directly out of my therapists notes, which she had wrote, “it seems she feels like she has to avoid doing whatever they ask her to do” but I…
