Testimony of Vicki Duncan — Guardian ad Litem in CPS

On page 681, she said she “offered” to meet with me, but this was in November and that was the only time.

On page 683, Ms. Duncan makes a claim that I did not accept parenting time that was offered when that’s not true.

On page 686, and 687 she makes a claim that i did not receive a paper copy of the case plan, but received a copy through email. The one received through email was blank. I received the real digital copy after I received my paper copy.
