Termination of Parental Rights #1

The county wants to terminate my rights because I got very upset with the case worker one day, so I threw things in the lobby as I walked out. Later that day I called the social worker and she asked me how that made my son feel. I told her that would have to be something I would want to talk to him about. She said she told my son that I was mad at him and that “I didn’t want to play with him.” So now she is lying to and manipulating my son.

They claim my son witnessed the “entire” situation when I threw things in the lobby, but he didn’t watch me do any of that. He only witnessed the aftermath…
