Rodney & Lorraine called the police or CPS & said I was being held out of state against my will and that I was going to take my son out of the country. This was not even two months after I got married. Even if we wanted to travel, it isn’t any of their business where I go with my family. They have no right to tell me where my family and I can go. They even contacted the Jacob Wetterling center because they were worried that we were being trafficked for sex by my husband!

The case worker lied about this being a custody battle. She said this wasn’t a custody battle and that this was a “CHIPS case.” They are trying to get custody of my son. The reports state that the grandfather has expressed “interest” in getting custody of my son, that they wanted to know the outcome of the CPS report they made in September because they said they wanted something to be done “today” to remove my son from my care and that they wanted to “escalate” this to the “next level.”

They did that anyway by kidnapping my son in Florida in February when the they called the police who then labeled us missing.

Throughout the reunification process the grandparents kept constantly asking social services if they could move my son to Pennsylvania.

They said they were willing to stay in Minnesota throughout the school year, but said if “things don’t change” with me then they would like to request to move to Pennsylvania with my son!!! What things need to change? The social worker…
