FINAL TPR
Olmsted county has been lying about me, discriminating my mental health, my husband for his criminal history and legally violated the court order for parenting time. I am continuing to explain how they are discriminating me and violating my rights. In February they opened the case, and in March, they ordered me to have no contact with my child. In April, I got to see him for the first time, then in July an incident happened to which they decided to terminate my rights, and ever since then the social worker deliberately ignored my texts and calls about setting up parenting time. She never set them up for me even though she made me believe she was and lied to the judge by telling him I never asked. They finally terminated my rights because I felt suicidal since I was feeling suicidal from not receiving any parenting time when they were legally supposed to.
(3) Under “findings of fact” it reads my husband was accused domestic assault in May 2020. He was not accused in May; he was accused in November 2019 not May of 2020.
(13) They wrote that I told the school that my son would not be returning from his vacation. I did not tell the school my son would not be returning to his school. I told them I was trying to sign him up to be homeschooled and sent a withdrawal paper showing he was going to be transferring in the near future. They ended up taking him out of school in September and moved him to Pennsylvania.
