During court

I am going to provide many examples of why CPS and the courts do not allow you to record them. It is simply so that they are able to do duct their their illegal activities in a legally setting. CPS has put me through such unbelievable trauma that I could equate this to psychological abuse and torture. The immunity they have is disgusting. They have illegally withheld my 6 y/o child from me and have prohibited me from having parenting time for several months even though the social worker kept on reassuring that we would be setting it up. That never happened. Months went by that she would deliberately ignore my phone calls and texts and I recently found out that she falsified documents about making phone calls and appointments with me that never even happened.

The reason they want to terminate my rights has nothing to do with why they took my son in the first place. How many parents out there have a “violent or domestic relationship” with their partner but still have their children? How many parents out there are suicidal or have used drugs in the past still have their children? How many parents have broken no contact orders with their partner and still have their kids?!!! Lastly, how many parents out there have relatives who constantly call the police on them just to report false information and get them in trouble???

I don’t understand how they can get away with this at all! They can’t just hold someone’s child hostage for months without communication, reason or cause? 5 MONTHS??? 5 months the case worker played a sick game of phone tag and accused me of not returning…
